Damaged or defective Products

Products damaged in shipping or defective products may be returned to Sprouting Teas after contacting us via email within 72 hours of receipt. To expedite the process, please put “Damages” in the email subject. Once you have received a response and claim number, please submit a photo image of the damaged or defective product.

Authorized Returns ONLY

Customers may return items within 14 days to a designated shipping address only after a customer service representative has authorized the return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns. Please contact us for all inquiries regarding returns. Any items returned to our facility without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
